What, Me Worry?

It seems that we have too much to worry about these days. After all, the economy is in a mess, and nobody can find a job, and everybody's coming over for Thanksgiving dinner, and we've got to go Christmas shopping, and ...
Take a deep breath and think about it for a moment. We tend to worry about things that may, or may not impact our lives.
Not only is it a complete waste of time, but it also robs us of the joy we could be having instead.
I have a personal motto that I would love to share with you.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt, which may never come due.
It's something that I read on a sign in front of a church one day, and it really resonated with me, and I don't spend so much time worrying anymore.
Of course, it's easier to say that you're not going to worry, than to actually quit worrying. That is why I wrote an article titled I'm Worried About Thanksgiving!" In it, I offer tips on how you can stop letting your fears and concerns control your life.
I hope you enjoy it.
