The Flu Debate

I would like to talk to you from the heart.
What exactly is the flu? How is it different from the regular flu?
Who is vulnerable to this?
I would like to educate readers of the Mother's Lounge.
I honestly believe we are being hustled into taking this flu vaccination without knowing the complete facts.
I went to the CDC website and found that there was no difference between the symptoms of the H1N1 and the regular flu.
H1NI - symptoms
Fever, headaches, tiredness, fatigue, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy noise,body aches, and diarrhea and vomiting.
Regular Flu- exact same symptoms.

What is the difference? There is none.
Mothers, you are responsible for your children, not the doctors, nor the government should dictate to you what you allow into your child's body. I am not saying you should not vaccinate if you chose to do so, I am just saying, please be careful, when making such a decision.
I believe a good multi-vitamin, an exercise program, and immune support will provide you with what you and your family need so you are not vulnerable to contracting the flu, but rather establish immunity for your protection.

Transfer Factors and Immunity

I was speaking to a good friend just the other day, and she told me that she started taking Transfer Factor during her pregnancy, and neither she or her newborn daughter have been sick since she gave birth.
