I recently heard the story of a young woman who is getting married soon to a widower (wonderful man!) who has a young son (around 4 years old) who is quite the challenge.

I want to read your parenting advice!

What would you do in this situation?

You have a daughter who is under 18 months old, and you are taking on the role of full time mom to your fiances' son who hasn't had much by way of consistent discipline.

He's pretty mean, and extremely jealous of your little one to the point where he's even taken a baseball bat to her head. (You're extremely freaked out!)

He's a sweet child with lots of issues.

You're not allowed to give up and give him away, or put him in a facility, or put him on medication.

What do you do?
